Add Domain
You can go to the side menu the tab "Account", and you will see the place to add your domain.
But...
First, you need to point "your domain" with DNS adding to the "record A" the IP: 209.135.140.52
The best way to do it is to send a ticket to your domain support and ask:
-----
Hello Support
Please, can you add to the DNS of my domain (your domain here) , the IP 209.135.140.52 to the A record?
Thank you
-----
Now, when you see on the site whatsmydns.net, the IP propagates (you see 209.135.140.52 many times in the list )
you are ready to add the domain to the Custom Domain widget and click Set Custom Domain

Sometimes can take some hours to propagate, you can check when the domain will be working going here: https://www.whatsmydns.net/ and puting your domain and verify that you see 209.135.140.52 many times in the list
Thank you

Go to your AdSense account and create a new ad
Copy the ad code and go back to the Dashboard
Create a new ad via Dashboard > Ads > Add new
Provide a descriptive title and choose the AdSense tab
In the Ad Options section (screen below), you can find the following options:
Shortcode. Paste into the post to display the ad
PHP Code. Use in your custom templates
Do not use as a random ad. When you set an ad location to display random ads, this ad will be skipped
Groups. Similar to post categories, here you can assign the ad to ad groups
Order. When displaying ads from a group, ads with the higher Order will be displayed first
In the AdSense section (screen below), you can find the following options:
AdSense Code. Paste AdSense code here and, if valid, it will be automatically imported into the settings below. If you paste the code and it will disappear, leaving the setting below empty, that means the ad code can’t be used here. It’s probably the Google Auto Ad. Read below what is that and where to place it to use
Ad Slot ID. Google AdSense ad slot ID
Publisher ID. Google AdSense ad published ID
Type. The Responsive ads stretch automatically to their location, the Fixed-size ads have sizes set in pixels
Depending on the selected Type, the options here are:
– Width and Height for Fixed-size ads. Define the ad size in pixels
– Format for Responsive ads: Auto, Fluid, Vertical, Horizontal, Rectangle
Custom ad sizes for devices. This section is only for the Fixed-size ad Type.
You can use it to change the ad size per device. Leave empty to use the Width and Height values
In the Disable on devices section (screen below), you can disable the ad on a specific set of devices. Check the Ad Visibility page for details.
Assign AdSense Ad to a Slot
When you have your ad created, it’s time to decide where it should be displayed. To display an ad, you have to assign it to an ad slot. Please refer to the Ad Slots page for details.
Auto Ads
Auto ads are not designed to be used within ad slots. Instead, you place one piece of code on all pages across your site. Auto ads will then scan your site and automatically place ads where they’re likely to perform well and potentially generate more revenue.
Here’s an example of the Auto ad code:
<script data-ad-client="ca-pub-1234567890123456" async src=
"https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
As you probably noticed, there is no Slot ID in that code. Missing Slot ID indicates that this ad doesn’t work with Ad Slots.
Here’s another example:
<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/
adsbygoogle.js"></script> <script> (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).
requestNonPersonalizedAds=1; (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push
({google_ad_client: "ca-pubxxx", enable_page_level_ads: true}); </script>
The most important and worth to notice line is:
enable_page_level_ads: true

ad groups
The Ads allows you to assign ads to the ad groups. Then, you can assign those groups to slots for random rotation or display them sequentially in collections.
Create ad groups
To create a new group of ads, please:
Go to the Dashboard > Ads > Groups page
Type in the name of the group and press Add new group
Optionally, you can explain the purpose of the group using the Description field
Now it’s time to add some ads to the group, read about it in the next section
Assign ads to groups
To assign an ad to an existing ad group, please:
Go to the Dashboard > Ads > All Ads page
Find an ad you want to be a part of a group
Click Edit under the ad to open its edition screen
On the right side, you should see the Groups meta box
Start typing your target ad group name to find it, then select it and click Add to approve the choice
Click Update to save the ad
Assign groups to ad slots
Finally, when you have groups with ads assigned to them, you have to assign those groups into ad slots to display (and rotate) ads. Do to so, please:
Go to the Dashboard > Ads > Settings page
Choose the Ad Slots tab
For a slot of your choice, you have to set the Ad to the Random option
The Ad Group field should now show up, below the Ad field
Select your ad group. The random ads will be only pulled from that chosen group
For repeatable slots (e.g. Homepage Between Posts Slot), you can set Ad to Group. The ads from that group will be displayed one after the other in instances of the slot
You can affect the sequence of the ads displayed using the Order setting in the ad edition screen. Ads with the same order will be ordered by date
Ad Widget & Shortcode
Besides the ad slots, you can use ads in widgets ready areas, and in any other custom locations via shortcode.
Ad Widget
For all information about the Ad widget and widgets in general, please refer to the Ad Widget page.
Ad Shortcode
To display an ad via shortcode, please do as follows:
Go to the Dashboard > Ads > All ads page
Find an ad you want to use
In the Shortcode column, you will find the code to copy (screen)
Paste it wherever you need, in post content, your custom code or the Text widget

Auto-Injection
Auto-injection gives you the option to blend your regular posts with ads, newsletters, or products. These “special” items are to encourage your users to action, in an unobtrusive way.
Auto-Injection Recommended Setup
For each item type you have to choose where to place the first item (Inject at position field) and after how many items repeat injection (Repeat after each X positions field, leave empty to not repeat). Please don’t set up repetitions to eg. 1. This can break counters and end up with unexpected behaviors. Best if you inject each type just once on a page. You don’t want to distract your users with so many “no post” items.
Example
Newsletter – inject at position 2, repeat 11 (if you have 12 items per page, 11 value will keep injection in the same position on all next pages)
Ad – inject at position 5, repeat 11
Product – inject at position 8, repeat 11
